Privacy Policy for “Our Days Together” (오늘부터 우리는)

SD Corporation (“we”, “us”, or “the Company”) provides the mobile application “오늘부터 우리는” (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information.

2. Information handled by the App

Depending on the features a user chooses, the App may handle:

• D-day titles and dates, partner labels, calendar-event titles, descriptions, dates, and user-selected photos;
• the name, email address and Firebase user ID provided when signing in with Google; a Firebase anonymous identifier used for service connections before Google sign-in; room identifiers, connection codes, membership state and Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens;
• IP-derived approximate location, advertising and app-set identifiers, ad and app interactions, diagnostic information, and privacy choices handled by Google AdMob and UMP; and
• settings, device records, local photo paths and cached files. Records and photos included in personal backup after sign-in are also processed on the server.

Google sign-in is optional. The App does not receive your Google password or directly request your phone number or contacts. Firebase authentication associates server data with users and checks access.

3. Purposes

We use information to provide D-day and calendar features; synchronize content between connected users; back up and restore personal records and photos using a Google account; send status, lock-screen, and connection-request notifications; maintain security and diagnose problems; and serve and measure advertising subject to user choices and applicable law.

4. Device records, personal backup and code sharing

Records created without Google sign-in are stored on the device. After Google sign-in, personal records and photos can be backed up to and restored from the server. Personal backup is separate from sharing with a partner.

Code sharing connects users through a request and approval so they can share D-day records, calendar events and photos. Signing out or uninstalling the App does not delete the server backup or app account.

5. Service providers

The App uses Google sign-in and Firebase Authentication for identity; Firebase Realtime Database for personal backups and shared records; Firebase Cloud Storage for backup and shared photos; Cloud Functions for Firebase and Firebase Cloud Messaging for server processing and notifications; and Google AdMob and User Messaging Platform for advertising and privacy choices. 6. Retention and deletion

Location data already stored by earlier versions is not automatically erased by disabling the feature; you can request its deletion using the contact below. Personal backups and shared records and photos are retained while needed for those services and are covered by deletion requests. Removing a device record or disconnecting a partner does not necessarily erase every server copy. Push tokens are retained while needed for notifications, and invalid tokens are removed. Account information, user identifiers and connection records are retained while needed to provide the service or complete a deletion request. Advertising and diagnostic data is handled under Google's product-specific retention policies and user choices.

Users can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of consent through the App's “Delete my data” option or by emailing corpsdh@gmail.com. You can also request deletion of your app account and associated data by email without access to the App. This does not delete your Google account. We may request the app user ID included in the email or connection information to identify the records.

After verifying ownership, we process requests without undue delay, normally aiming to finish within 7 days. If verification or shared-data review takes longer, we email the reason and expected completion date and then confirm the result. Request correspondence is kept for 30 days after completion, then deleted. Any longer legal retention is explained with the specific data, reason and period. Deleting joint records may affect your partner's access or close a shared room; we explain the impact before processing. Independent copies on devices or saved by a partner are not remotely erased.

7. Children

The App is not designed for children under 13. Users below the age at which parental consent is required in their jurisdiction should not provide personal information through the App without parental consent.

8. Security and international processing

We use reasonable safeguards including encrypted transport, Firebase authentication, access controls, and least-privilege practices. Google services may process information outside a user's country. No electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through the App, the developer website, or the store listing.
