앱 계정 및 데이터 삭제
앱을 설치하지 않았거나 로그인할 수 없어도 이메일로 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 이 요청은 오늘부터 우리는 앱 계정에 관한 것이며 Google 계정 자체를 삭제하지 않습니다.

1. 요청 방법과 본인 확인
- 이메일 제목에 “오늘부터 우리는 앱 계정 및 데이터 삭제 요청”을 적어 주세요.
- 앱에서 사용한 Google 로그인 이메일과 삭제를 원하는 범위(앱 계정 전체 또는 특정 자료)를 알려 주세요. 가능하면 해당 Google 이메일로 보내 주세요.
- 앱 설정에서 요청하면 앱 사용자 식별자가 이메일 본문에 포함됩니다. 식별자를 모르거나 해당 이메일을 사용할 수 없다면 먼저 문의해 주세요. 앱 재설치는 필요하지 않습니다.
회사는 잘못된 계정의 삭제를 막기 위해 계정 소유 여부를 확인합니다. 비밀번호, 인증 코드, 신분증 사본은 보내지 마세요. 다른 사람의 이메일이나 공유 코드만 아는 것으로는 삭제가 진행되지 않습니다.
2. 삭제되는 자료와 공유 상대에게 미치는 영향
- 앱 계정의 인증 정보와 사용자 식별자, 개인 서버 백업의 디데이·달력 기록과 사진
- 연결 요청·공유 코드·참여 정보, 알림용 토큰, 이전 버전에서 저장된 본인의 위치 자료
- 본인과 관련된 서버의 공유 기록과 사진. 공동 기록은 공유 상대도 접근할 수 없게 되거나 공유방이 종료될 수 있어, 처리 전 영향을 안내합니다.
상대방이 별도로 저장한 사본이나 기기 안의 기록은 이 요청만으로 원격 삭제되지 않습니다. 로그아웃·앱 제거·연결 해제만으로 서버 계정과 모든 백업이 삭제되는 것도 아닙니다. 삭제 완료 후 다시 로그인하면 새 앱 계정이 생성될 수 있습니다.
3. 처리 기간과 보관 예외
본인 확인 후 지체 없이 처리하며, 통상 7일 이내 완료를 목표로 합니다. 추가 확인이나 공유 자료 검토로 더 걸리면 사유와 예상 완료일을 이메일로 안내합니다. 완료 후 삭제 결과를 회신합니다.
삭제 처리를 위해 확인한 이메일과 접수·완료 내역은 문의 대응을 위해 처리 완료 후 30일간 보관한 뒤 삭제합니다. 법령상 보존 의무 등으로 일부 자료를 더 보관해야 한다면 해당 항목·사유·기간을 개별 안내하며 다른 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다.
광고 서비스가 별도로 처리하는 자료는 Google의 보관 정책과 개인정보 선택에 따릅니다. 앱 계정 삭제가 Google 계정이나 Google 광고 기록 전체를 삭제하는 것은 아닙니다.

Delete your app account and data
You can request deletion without installing or signing in to the App. This deletes the app account, not your Google account.
If the button does not open an email app, write directly to corpsdh@gmail.com.
How to request deletion
Include the Google email used in the App and whether you want to delete the entire app account or specific data. Send from that email if possible. Requests started in the App include your app user ID. If you do not know the ID or cannot use that email, contact us for help; reinstalling the App is not required.
We verify account ownership before deletion. Do not send passwords, verification codes or identity-document copies. Knowing someone else's email or sharing code alone is not sufficient to authorize deletion.
What is deleted
Deletion covers app authentication and identifiers, personal server backups and photos, connection requests, sharing codes, membership records, notification tokens, earlier stored location data belonging to you, and related shared records and photos on our servers. Joint records may become unavailable to your partner or a shared room may close; we explain the impact before processing.
Independent copies saved by a partner and records on devices are not remotely erased by this request. Signing out, uninstalling or disconnecting does not delete every server copy. Signing in again after deletion may create a new app account.
Timing and retention
After verifying ownership, we process requests without undue delay, normally aiming to finish within 7 days. If verification or shared-data review takes longer, we email the reason and expected completion date, then confirm the result.
The email and request/completion correspondence are kept for 30 days after completion to handle follow-up inquiries, then deleted. If legal obligations require longer retention, we explain the specific data, reason and period and do not use it for other purposes.
Data separately processed by advertising services follows Google's retention policies and privacy choices. App account deletion does not delete your Google account or all Google advertising records.
